Alankrita Banerjee is an Author, Preceptor, and the Founder of the NGO PANKH. With a deep-rooted commitment to inner well-being, she has facilitated over 100 Meditation and Stress Management Workshops for international groups, leading institutions, and corporate organizations. Alankritaji is also a practitioner and teacher of innovative techniques in Kundalini Yoga. Her sessions have been conducted at various esteemed venues, bringing transformative practices to diverse audiences.

In 2013, she founded PANKH – The Creative School, an NGO committed to providing free, quality education to children from underprivileged backgrounds. Currently, PANKH supports:

250+ slum children with free education, books, stationery, and uniforms.

350 children through free evening remedial classes at its Bodhgaya center in Bihar.

A Computer Centre, an Adult Education Centre, and a Vocational Training Centre serving local communities.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, under her leadership, PANKH’s Fight Against Hunger initiative distributed free food and essential rations to over 10,000 people facing acute food insecurity. Over the past decade, more than 500 girls and women from slum and rural areas have been trained in livelihood skills and provided vocational opportunities through PANKH’s empowerment programs.
Currently, Alankritaji conducts Stress Management and Philosophy classes at Light House, Rishikesh, and facilitates workshops across India, continuing her work to bring inner transformation and social upliftment.
