DAY 1 Morning Session (9:00 Am to 01:00 PM) will be full dedicated to Ayurvedic Body Massage, Steam Bath and Nature Cure. The rest is as per above schedule.

• Participants should be sincere and honest and have a deep earnestness to live a life of awareness.
• Must be physically fit and flexible.
• Participants must not be dependent on drugs or alcohol.
• Participants must be free from serious medical conditions, including severe spinal cord injuries, slip disc issues, or other severe physical or mental illnesses.
• We advise against women attending the MTC during menstruation. Consequently, we kindly request that you abstain from applying if the session dates coincide with your menstrual cycle.
• Student should sincerely follow and practice the preparatory instructions we share including diet, exercise and meditation.
• Before coming here sort your family/official affairs and come with a clean state of mind. If you tell lies before coming here, we assure that you WILL NOT connect with divine energy/Light.
• Those who want to live a life of self/ego, which is ‘me and mine’ should NOT come to Light House to learn “meditation,” a new way of living in harmony and unity. Those who are preoccupied with thoughts like “What will happen to me?” or “What will people think of me?” are advised not to apply for the course. ONLY THOSE WHO WANT TO BE FREE OF FEAR AND CONFLICT, WHICH IS EGO, AND WANT TO BE THEIR OWN LIGHT, ARE WELCOME TO LIGHT HOUSE!
• Light House is an abode of divine love. No hardliners of any religion are welcome here.
• All our courses require a fundamental grasp of the English language since we will be using English as the medium of instruction.
• It is essential that you thoroughly review all of our terms and conditions before applying for the course, as they are distinct from standard policies. Please ensure that you read and fully understand these terms to be well-informed before proceeding with your application.

The participants will be awarded the title of “YOGI (for male) and YOGINI (for female) in their certificates. Certificates will be awarded to only those who touch the Cosmic Energy/Divine Light and imbibe the essence of Living a life of Awareness. The awarding of the certificate is entirely at the discretion of the master.

NB: This certification does not entitle you to teach this course.

1. Booking Amount

   • A booking amount is required to confirm your seat.

   • This booking amount is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

2. Shifting Registration

   • If you cannot attend the scheduled MTC or other COURSE, you may request to shift your registration to one of the next two (2) consecutive sessions, subject to seat availability.

   • Requests must reach us in writing:

     • More than 10 days before the start date (for Indian Students).

     • More than 25 days before the start date (for NRI/Foreign Students).

   • Requests received 10 days or less (Indian Students) or 25 days or less (NRI/Foreign Students) before the start date will be treated as late cancellations. In such cases, the booking amount will be forfeited, and fresh payment will be required for re-enrolment.

3. No Refund Situations

   No refund will be given in cases of:

   • Misconduct or breach of terms.

   • False or incomplete information provided during registration.

   • Health issues preventing further participation.

   • Withdrawal after commencement, partial attendance, or no-show.

4. Cancellation by Light House

   If Light House cancels an MTC or other COURSE due to unforeseen circumstances, you may join one of the next two (2) consecutive sessions, or another session as decided by the management.

5. Refund Processing

   Refunds (if applicable, e.g., duplicate/excess payments or cases approved by management) will be processed to the original payment method (bank transfer/UPI). For offline (cash) payments, refunds will be processed via NEFT/UPI. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

6. Final Authority

   Management’s decision in all matters relating to admission, shifting of registration, cancellation, termination, forfeiture, and refund shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

By applying for, booking, and attending the MTC, you agree that you have read, understood, comprehended, and accepted to be legally bound by our terms and conditions. Below is a summary of our Terms and Conditions.

• Preparatory Instructions: You will study the preparatory instructions shared by Light House in the booklet, “Preparation For Kriya Meditation,” and understand that sincere practice of these instructions is mandatory for the course’s efficacy.
• Mandatory Attendance: Attendance in all sessions is mandatory.
• Individual Results: You acknowledge that individual results may vary depending on factors such as your devotion, surrender to the divine, and psycho-physical conditions. You are fully responsible for any outcomes or results. Light House cannot guarantee specific results or benefits.
• Photograph/Video Use: Light House reserves the right to use your photograph or video taken during the classes for promotional and marketing purposes related to Light House courses. You will inform Light House in writing if you do not consent to this.
• Mobile Phones: You agree to refrain from using mobile phones or other gadgets during class hours, limiting their use to designated times only. Additionally, audio and video recording of lectures and classes is strictly prohibited.
• Silence During Practice: You will be advised to speak only when necessary and otherwise remain in silence during the practice.
• Physical Assistance: During Kriya Meditation, the Master may need to help you with certain yoga postures or press specific points on your body. If you have any reservations, you will inform the Master before the class and refrain from attending the meditation and yoga classes conducted by the Master. You agree to indemnify Light House against any claims or losses related to not attending the Master’s classes. In this program, attention would be paid to each individual depending on how his energy awakens i.e. mild, medium or intense.
• Body Bandhas and Healing: During meditation, teachers may create body Bandhas (Yogic Postures) and press certain body parts to activate healing. In the rare event of injury or pain, basic medical relief will be provided, but Light House is not responsible for injury or its treatment.
• Medications: Light House has a limited supply of medications. You agree to bring all necessary regular medications, including any prescriptive medicines and supplements, for the duration of your stay.
• Purpose of Stay: Light House is designed for meditation, health, and well-being. Rooms are not to be used as a hotel, resort, or for casual stays or vacations.
• Code of Conduct: Light House reserves the right to ask you to leave if you do not follow the Code of Conduct, fail to adhere to the instructions, do not complete preparations for Kriya Meditation satisfactorily, cause damage to property, or engage in unacceptable activities. You will not be eligible for a refund, and this will be considered as cancellation of your registration.
